我八月在舊金山也是遇到當地電腦不能安裝與下載中文的問題. 起初我以為是語言學校刻意的使學生不用非英語系統鎖定. 但後來為了要選課與連絡友人 不能打中文真的很麻煩. 只好背著自己電腦去聯合廣場玩無線網路了. 不過我就是想不通 為什麼我在室內的一些公用電腦. 上網下載中文輸入法 完全都不能安裝使用. 但
