房間位於south bank的高級公寓區 離市區很近
房間頗大 想要兩個人也可以
there are trams 55 which goes to william street and tram 1 that
runs down swanston
also trams along st kilda road, 5 min walk
房租: $977/mth share bills (若車位租出去可能會便宜點）
希望最少住滿六個月
女生 無寵物 不抽煙
