NAB還在搞烏龍 自七月四號 打給我說 我欠1700後, 又一次的 我又欠了NAB 1700... 還打來兩次 分別跟我說 你再不還款銀行將對你採取行動 將會對我的信用造成嚴重影響 , 然後!! 又打來說真的是銀行弄錯了, 但我(行員)不能處理這種事情, 我會把它交給其 他部門!?!? 星期一才要致電!? NAB !! Will never be a bank that I consider to deal with or introduce to any one never!! ever !! again in my life!! 也許上面寫這樣很多人不了解是什麼 2011年七月四號 NAB行員致電給 2010年三月回台 同年八月確認關閉所有NAB帳戶 並且追蹤三個月的我 說我欠了1700 必須繳minimen payment!? 我想說怎麼會欠款?? 我跟他說已經關閉帳戶他開始查! 耗了一個多小時在電話上, 最後結論是 公司弄錯了! 期間轉過三個行員! 並且在最後電話上也跟我說 確認沒問題了!? 今天!!就在今天!! 我沒有成為金門或台灣第一... 但是nab又打來了 2011/08/26/17:30 一樣的話... 說我欠款....欠啥鬼啦..2010年八月以後我就沒credit, 怎麼欠款的 就在我打字的此時此刻 他又打來了!!2011/08/26/18:02, 說 恩 確定是銀行的問題... 我好想飆他髒話...但是身為一個業務員我必須要訓練修養 結果他竟然跟我說 星期一才能幫我搞定...的樣子..!!?? 還是說..這是nxb新騙錢手法?? 打給國外以前的用戶 騙他說他欠錢?? 然後如果是像我爹娘這種不懂得搞不好就想說怕以後被記錄 就匯給他?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.209.127

我越想越氣憤...就寫了抱怨信寄給客服... 結果網頁客服留言只能1000字母...- - 只好寄到feedback... Hello, First thing to mention, I'm not happy with NAB since July 2011, and worse NOW. You may understand the reason from the story below. It might be long and difficult to read since my first language isn't English, and I can't stay in normal temper to deal with this issue. And don't just call me and ask anything, “payment” especially. Read this whole thing first, solve the problem and call me only when everything is done properly. I detailed the whole story that as anything to do with my issue in this complain letter. On Mar/2010 I went to Taiwan. And until now I am still living in Taiwan. On 11/AUG/2010 I sent a letter to a Taiwanese girl and authorized her to close my NAB account, both “saving account” and “credit card account” On 30/Jun/2011, I received an e-mail from NAB, and said requesting for my phone number oversea. And, so I replied the mail back with my contact detailed. The actual date that FIRST phone call from Nab was forgotten, but I believe it was 4/Jul/2011, or 3/Jul/2011, it didn't matter. The man, who phoned me, said that I haven't paid the minimum payment for my credit card, and ask me to pay the amount of 170AUD as minimum payment. Ok, it might sounds right if I do owed NAB 1700 AUD. HOWEVER, I closed my NAB BANK ACCOUNT in AUG/2010, I was pretty sure of that. Closing account wasn't done by myself, but I checked with the person I authorized really carefully, and also I did checked my statement for SEP/2010, OCT/2010, NOV/2010, DEC/2010.. And things the closing balance were all the same 0.22 AUD CR. So I supposed all the business with NAB was done and I wouldn't need to worry anything from NAB anymore. Back to the phone call, I wasn't sure about what happened to my account when I just answer the phone. So, I asked to check my credit card and see if my account was closed , and the guy on the phone said " YES, we do have a record of closing the account in AUG/2010, and the account is closed for sure ", and the next thing he said is " but you are still owing 1700 AUD"….. Alright, I may not be a super smart guy but I'm pretty sure somehow NAB is treating me as the super dumbest guy in the world, wasn't it? Use your common sense before calling me and ask me to pay. After I close my account I shouldn't have "ANY", I mean "NONE", "ZERO", CREDIT to do anything like whatever you want to call it , "PURCHASE", "TRANSFER", WITHDRAW" , but then on the "STATMENT" wow surprised me , A LOT. The closing balance on the STATMENT of 5/JUL/2011 was 1,664.76 AUD DR. Is that supposed to be right? Is that a normal transaction that happened to NAB's customer after they STOP using NAB's service for nearly a year? I thought not, I bet you said not as well. So the guy, who called me, actually is a “they”, during the call, there were few transfers in different departments. And it took me like an hour or 2 to “WAIT”, “hanging my mobile and waiting”. And Finally, someone from the other end of the line said “It’s a bank MISTAKE”(ok bank’s mistake). so I asked “so, is there anything I should do?”. He answered “No!”. I was still not sure so asked again ”so everthing is done?”. He said again “YES, everything is done”. You think that finished? I thought so. But if this thing goes that easy I wouldn’t scarify my sleep to type this letter. Today 26/AUG/2011 17:25(Taiwan, 19:25 in Brisbane) phone call from Australia again. And it IS calling from NAB, and just like the beginning of the FIRST phone call, “ you have to pay….”. I had to explain to him the above story! Is that supposed to be an English retraining program? Including this letter? Well I would thank NAB if it is. The same guy (I guessed) called me again 26/AUG/2011 18:05(Taiwan, 20:05 in Brisbane) said “it’s a bank mistake just like you said”. I double check again and asked him “so, what should I do” (this is exactly what I asked). He answer “Nothing”(this is exactly what he said). And I was told “I will call you at the same time on next Monday……”. Alright, should this story finish here?
