Hi everyone!!!
We've got three rooms available in a good sized brick house in Upper Mt Gravat
t, close to Garden City and a few shopping villages.
Rent is $110 and $120 for good sized rooms (the 120 is larger) with built in w
ardrobes, and $90 for a single-bed room.
The house has 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen, living area, and dining room.
Bills would be split evenly between everyone.
PS.是brick house 所以夏天不會很熱
