新加坡-日本近日達成進一步開放天空協議從2013年夏季開始, 將允許成田機場使用的進一步開放. 因此, 若JetStar Asia 要開SIN-TPE-NRT 可能是2013年的事了.(或許會早一點) 至於SIN-TSA-HND 就別想了. TSA-HND 是台/日航空公司的禁臠, 不容外人進來地. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Japan-Singapore Aviation Talks Reach Agreement on Open Skies, Allowing for LCC Operation January 31st, 2011 Talks between Japan and Singapore civil aviation officials were held in Singapore from January 17 to 19 and reached agreement on the scaled-up open skies policy covering the operation at the Tokyo metropolitan airports. There existed already an agreement for aviation liberalization between the two countries, but departures and arrivals at the Tokyo metropolitan airports were explicitly exempted. The recent accord, however, includes operations at those airports from the summer 2013 when take-off and landing slots at Narita airport are expanded to 270,000. Should the capacity of Narita be ratcheted up to handle a greater number of flights even before the summer of 2013, the two countries are in agreement that part of such liberalization of air transport, including an entry of low-cost carriers (LCC), may be brought forward. As to regional airports in Japan other than the Tokyo metropolitan airports, airlines of the two countries have been free to operate their flights reciprocally, but this time they become free to fly to onward destinations via those airports.
