[租屋] summer sublet 交通方便 近BU/BC
我的室友想在暑假sublet她的房間~
這是間位在 C line上的超大apartment! (文章底有附相簿連結)
附近環境很好~~安靜又方便
到BU大概15分鐘
時間是從7/1~8/31 可以租一個月 但是如果兩個月都租下來會比較便宜喔~
其他室友都是學生 一個男生(u mass) 一個女生(我, BU) 還有一隻貓咪
貓咪很可愛~個性超好 會常常撒嬌

Hi
It's a decent place!
Rent is $833/month or ($1600 for 2 month) which
includes heat and hot water.
Laundry is in the basement.
The apartment is located in Brookline. C lines is
right in front of the building( about 10 secs walk).
Coolidge Corner is about 10 mins walk and there a
re tons of restaurants/bars, and convenience stores.
Seven eleven is about 3 mins walk. I was a student
from BU and it was convenient for me to go to school.
The room is HUGE and FIRNISHED!! You have to share
this apartment with other two people and a cute cat.
They are all nice and sweet people.
