[租屋] summer sublet May till August 31 (時間不居)

My name is Ashley Ng and I am a music student at Boston Conservatory.
I live with 3 other girls in a 4 bedroom apartment at Peterborough Street
and Kilmarnock Street, right behind Shaw's grocery, and 5 minutes from
Fenway T Stop. I have a very sunny room and it is fully furnished with a
bed/dresser/desk/chairs/closet. Rent is $825 a month, plus around $20 in
bills (gas/electric). 2 roommates will be around some parts of the summer
but work most of the day. The place is available May until August
31st but any length of time to stay this summer is fine.
