We invite four young professors from Harvard, MIT and BC to share their successful experiences in academic career with young professionals in the New England area. How did they become professors after earning their Ph.D. degrees? How did they decide to devote themselves to academic research? What kind of difficulties have they faced on the way to become a successful professor? What is the most important thing you need to know to survive in the very competitive academic environment in the U.S.?
