[問題] 在美國辦加拿大簽證要怎麼付款？

我在美國加州拿的是F1學生簽證要辦去加拿大的簽證聽說是把表格填好寄過去LA的辦事處就可以但是我不知道要怎麼付款網頁實在很confusing 他說寄到LA的辦事處是屬於水牛城的辦事處在加拿大以外所以不能線上付款然後又說 If you cannot or do not want to pay online, you must get an original receipt of payment form IMM 5401 so you can pay at a financial institution (such as a bank or Western Union). This form is not available online so you must order an original receipt by mail. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp 也就是說不能線上付款必須要弄一張IMM 5401的表格去銀行付款而這個表格網路上沒有一定要跟他們要但是他又說這個表格只能寄給加拿大境內的人....
