[租屋] 代po!便宜租屋,方便交通in Chinatown!

因為我朋友中文打很慢, 所以我幫他貼上來不過放心他會說中文,當然英文也很好, 很適合想練習英文又怕溝通會出入的朋友們分租下面有原文,我只翻譯一些精華片段, 希望有興趣的大家可以直接跟他連絡:D 月租：$430(per-month) 押金：一個月（合約到今年的12/01),原室友搬去跟男朋友住所以要再找新室友可入住時間：8/01,所以要分租的時間在4個月（也很適合語言學校的學生）地點：會很喜歡的chinatown,生活機能很方便,幾分鐘就可以走到紅線 “cermark-Chinatown"station,也有很多班公車,看是要到downtown就可以搭62號或是要轉halsted etc,也都滿方便的.
