Schaumburg在芝加哥西北邊的郊區是我相當喜愛的一區曾經是全美最大的woodfield mall就坐落在Schaumburg 全美最大的Ikea也在Schaumburg 日本超市Mitsuwa也在開車不到20分鐘的Arlington Heights 想採買中國料理　這邊也有一家美珍超市在city-data網站查Schaumburg http://www.city-data.com/city/Schaumburg-Illinois.html 你會發現這邊的居住人口以白人為主犯罪率低於全美平均值離提一下 city-data是個有趣的網站 2008年全美平均犯罪率是319.2 Schaumburg是255.1 Chicago是615.5 所以Schaumburg真的是一個非常非常適合居住的好城市廢話了那麼多其實我要幫我一個朋友刊登一下房間出租的公告他的房東寫了一篇落落長的介紹文 $590 A Nice Place to Live!!! (Schaumburg/Hanover Park) Hello, my name is Bryan who is in search of a roommates to share my beautiful house with. The house is located on the border of Schaumburg, and Hanover Park. The children in the area go to Schaumburg schools. The house is located within 1 mile of the Schaumburg train station, shopping, and the Elgin-O栄are expressway. I maintain the house both inside, and out. My neighbors have all commented on how nice my house is! My house is a clean, nice, cool place to live. The flooring throughout the house is hardwood, and ceramic tile. There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. All 3 Bedrooms on the 2nd level have been remodeled, repainted, and the bathroom has been refinished, and is gorgeous! Gas, electrical, water, garbage, and cable TV & broadband internet are included. The house is a tri-level, with the kitchen located towards the back, the TV room is located in the front of the house with a big 50" plasma HDTV. I have my work-out room/gym/musical room is on the side of the addition. A little about myself: I am an outgoing, down to earth 38 yr old male, who is a very hard working multiple business owner, and operator. I consider myself to be a kind, nice, clean, and honest man. I stay physically fit, due to all the running around I do, and by exercising, playing beach volleyball, and being an outdoorsman. I am also a musician, who's been playing drums, and percussion for years (I only play before the evening, and wouldn't be disrupting anybody). My bedroom is located in the basement, along with the other full bathroom. I don't drink, nor do illegal drugs, my only vice is smoking a good cigar! I have nothing against any prospective roommate who drinks, or smokes, in moderation. The reason I'm looking for a roommate/roomates is because the house is big enough for a family of 5, and I can't stand to see wasted space. I put alot of time, money, and effort into making this house a beautiful, confortible place to live. I will be living @ this house 50% of the time, and the other 50% will be spent living up north, located by my business. I also have 2 real awesome obedient, adult dogs....Shizzy (A.K.A...Shiznit) is a 7 yr old Miniature Pinscher who is pretty much keeps to himself! Lily is a 5 yr old white Labrador retriever who loves everybody, and always wants to play! I also have a 12yr old cat that is loyal, and obedient, and is trained to go outside threw the doggy doors to go to the bathroom. I keep my animals very clean, and they get baths quite often. The dogs have their own doggy doors to get in, and out of the house. And believe me.......my house smells nothing like a zoo!!! My animals are always clean!!! The days I will be gone over night...... the dogs will be with me. I have a crazy schedule, and you can consider me a workaholic! I am a down to earth person, and I get along with almost everyone! I have been raised by incredible parents, and have a wonderful brother, and sister. I hope, and wish to find a good honest roommate!
