[單品] 原來顆粒大小的影響這麼甚鉅!!!
以前雖然常聽前輩說,
咖啡豆細粉要過篩,
要過要過要過,
我就是有聽沒有懂,
人就懶隋,明明咖啡就是總有一層雜味,
就是硬不想過篩細粉,
今天又拿到新一批的豆子,
依然是喝天賜莊園豆,
想說才烘好第六天,
好想喝,好想解解嚵,
於是忍不住開封來喝了,
依照往常經驗,要是豆子沒放超過一個禮拜,
那種酸味、火味一定避免不了,
到了廚房腦中就劃過來過篩吧這念頭,
一方面想玩玩看沒試過的,
另一方面就死馬當活馬醫,
看會不會有不同風味,
不試還好,一試驚為天人,
那種甘甜度、純淨的口感,
以及不酸不苦不澀香純濃郁氣味,
這隻咖啡豆又更上一層樓了,
要是再放個五天,豈不是要飛上天了?
只是篩完後,重量變少了,用豆量又要更兇,
真是又踏上一道不歸路,越陷越深,
不知各位網兄是對細粉又有何看法呢?
