[問題] 有人在富士山御來光館退費過嗎
預計八月份要帶父母去爬富士山
四月有訂到御來光館
最近收到了Paypal的支付信件
但進去後看到一個註記
Please read carefully. Credit card payments are 100% non-refundable.
上面說信用卡付費100%不能退款
但我寄信詢問御來光館的客服
他回跟網頁上說的退費機制一樣
<Cancellation regulations>
30 days ago: 10% of accommodation fee (only for groups of 15 or more)
20 days ago: 30% of room charge
9 days ago: 50% of room charge
Last day: 80% of room charge
Today: 100% of room charge
Night: 100% of the room charge
且如果遇到公告不能登山則全額退費
但就Paypal上的註記則沒有解釋
上網查了一下有看到以前有人說退款要去他們事務所親自拿...
請問有人登記過御來光館然後取消後有收到過退費的嗎?
可以請教一下退費機制嗎...
感覺有點不安心...
