[問題] 請問荷蘭寄卡片回台灣...
嗯...想請問一下,
我從荷蘭寄一張生日卡片回台灣是直接貼一張89 cents的郵票丟進郵筒就ok嗎?
因為上次去郵局問, 無論我怎麼說明描述
櫃檯伯伯一直說
"postcards outside Europe: 89cents"
我內心o.s.
"大哥, 這我知道呀, 但我要寄的不是postcard呀..." =.=|||b
