我原來的問題是這樣
I will come to Maastricht for sightseeing and see my friends.
They will live in your dorm (double room).(they are your university
exchange student)
they are girls, and I am a boy.
I'll prepare my own sleeping bag and sleep on the floor.
And they also agree my living.
I want to know is : Can I live in their double room for a few days?
它們的回答是這樣
We are sorry, but students who have double rooms are not allowed to have
guests. This is due to the Fire Code laws. You will have to make other
arrangements as all our other rooms are full.
後面這句話是什麼意思? 我問的有問題嗎?
什麼叫做fire code laws?
最後一句話的意思是說我可以訂他們那邊的房間如果沒有只好做其他安排的意思嗎?
