[心得] 泡麵的方法
雖然我吃泡麵的經歷比起一些特殊人士不算什麼,不過國中開始就常常一個人在家的我
也累積了不少泡泡麵的個人心得喔,在此分享一下:
熱水請注入8分滿...呵,聽起來很像廢話吧?如果不知道怎麼衡量,就是將熱水注入到
泡麵浮起,而跟麵體同高的程度,但是不要淹過麵體向上那面
此時泡麵向上的一面應是乾的,請用筷子替他翻個面...讓兩面都是濕的,原先向下的那面
因為已經吸收比較多水分(雖然只跟上面差了幾秒),所以等一下蓋起來以後只需要靠
悶在裡面的水蒸氣就夠了
接下來有點關鍵,從蓋上開始,計時3分鐘(想吃比較爛的4分鐘),但是其實說明當中叫我們
蓋上3分鐘即可食用是錯的,你如果聽他虎爛,就只能吃到有點硬的麵...,(除非有人偏好較
硬的)其實在你打開蓋子以後,還要再充分攪拌麵體約一分鐘...,才能確保麵都均勻的軟化
了,並且此時的麵是最有彈性的
盡速吃完,因為即使技術再好,泡麵的QQ並不能維持太久
如果你的泡麵是已經有加入麵質改良劑的(聽起來有點噁,對吧?),那你泡麵的技術再爛其實
也比較沒關係...,哪些麵是醬子呢?就像wagamama,大補帖都是,其實拉麵類的麵應該都有,
不然你要怎麼吃到那種彈性呢?^^
我試過很多種泡麵,改天再詳細介紹各家優劣,現在懶得po,因為會很長...,所以,我要去吃
泡麵囉...^^
