[問題] 網路上退貨的問題
之前在網路上幫朋友購買一個包包
結果送來之後她不喜歡想退貨
但是在那個網站上看到退貨的資訊
只說如果要退貨就寄到下方的信箱
還有說如果要退貨的話會收物品價格的10~15%負擔寄回去的shipping
收到包包看到不喜歡那天就馬上寄信了
結果隔天收到她的回信
內容如下:
Hi,
Thanks for your patience and understanding. I do apologize that you were not
satisfied with your order, and I hope that you will come back to us in the
future. As per your return policy per the website, once you return the item
to the below address, we will fully refund you less the 15% restocking fee
as well we will not refund you the initial shipping charges as well as your
return fee. Please in your return, please include your order number, as that
will be your return tag, and we can easily identify and expedite the
process. We do suggest you purchase tracking and or confirmation, as some
shipments to our office has been delayed. We ask that you do not declare the
package for more than what we declared the items at initially on your
original shipment. Thanks again for your patience, and we look forward to
your reply, please do let us know if you are sending back your purchase, so
we can look for it in the mail, thanks.
因為看不是很懂
加上寄件的地方顯示是中國的廣州
所以我又寄了一封中文的信請她說明一下退貨的方式
但是等了兩天都沒回
我又再寫一封英文的mail詢問她
我看了一下包裹 裡面只有發票還有一個FedEx的label
照理來說應該是return label
但是那張上面的收件人是我 跟包裝外面那張一樣
我又再寄了兩次信給她
一樣是完全沒有回覆
所以今天我去了FedEx一趟
她們說那張沒辦法寄回去原寄件人那邊 也就是說那張的確不是return label
如果我要寄過去的話(標籤上有她們的地址) 郵資要94美金
從上禮拜三收到包包到今天
我已經寄了六次信給她 只有第一次有回
之後怎麼寄都不回
而網站上面的連絡資訊只有一個信箱(和return的信箱不同) 我也寄了
也沒有客服電話
但這個購物網站看起來也不算小公司 之前我家人和朋友都在上面買過東西
但是沒有退貨所以沒有相關問題
我想應該不是詐騙集團
不知道有沒有人知道這樣我應該要怎麼處理
可以寫信跟她說如果再不回覆我就訴諸法律處理嗎?
信件要怎麼寫會比較好呢?
因為那個包包價值一百多美金 朋友不喜歡擺在那邊也沒用
不想浪費那個錢
麻煩板上的神人幫我個忙 指導我一下該怎麼做比較好
