[問題] 請問Debit Card刷外幣(英鎊)的手續費
我是申請Chase的帳戶，
我需要在英國的網站刷一筆費用，
結帳是以英鎊計費，
請問一般銀行刷外幣的手續費大概是多少呢？
我在Chase的合約書上面看到其中有一筆相關敘述如下：
Exchange Rate Adjustment:3% of transaction amount after conversion to USD
(for card purchases and non-ATM cash transactions in
currency other than U.S. Dollars)
請問用Debit Card或Visa刷外幣就是多加這筆3%手續費嗎？
