除了防火梯設計有異之外是完全獨立的房間
房間是unfurnished的

Starting September for at least 6 months, and much preferably 1 year.

近A、1 train，附近有C-Town、Rite-aid、RadioShack、Planet Fitness、Target...
※ 租金/押金/雜費/搬入總金額 Rent/Deposit/Utilities & Total Move-In Cost ▼
$725/month+utilities，外加$700押金
另外生活必需品也是均分 像是衛生紙、洗碗精之類的~

誠徵女室友~ Must be clean and respectful, and please..no
smoking/heavy drinking/"dating"/partying in the apt!
不算是sublet，室友的名字可以和我一起出現在租約上（not sure if there will
be another $100 application fee though）
我本人要8/26才會回到紐約，在那之前看房的話可以安排
但我可能要等真正回去後才會做出決定
所以比較適合時間上有一些緩衝的徵屋者喔!
