Share kitchen and bathroom with two Taiwanese, both of us are working full
time. We are both very easy going and has been roommates for years.
We prefer someone who likes the environment clean and will maintain it clean
as well. No smokers, no pets. The room has a bed available and simple desk
and chair.
We share internet cost and electricity bill. About 6-7 walking to 63rd DR
subway stop (M and R), about 25 min to Manhattan. This is a very safe
neighborhood, very convenient in shopping for both western and Chinese
supermarkets, and there are many restaurants around as well. Also, Costco,
Century 21, Jenny Penny, etc, are all around
