你入住主臥 queen size加大 高等級simons床墊 非常舒服
家裡有廚房 可以開伙 （也有大烤箱與微波爐）
主臥有很大的衣櫃可以掛很多衣服
每個樓層都有付費式洗衣機與烘衣機（投幣式）
浴室設備齊全 很新的公寓 與manhattan同價位一般為舊公寓不同
我是男生 學生 室友要搬走租約剩兩個月所以招租
不抽煙 生活習慣正常
我住客廳隔間 你住臥室
室友男女皆可
(Most people who rent now are girls, don't worry about safety please.)
Wifi is FREE, but you need to pay for air conditioning if you use it.
It is extremely good rate since you live in the room, I live in the
living room but I pay most of the rent, the electricity, and wifi.
