Our unit has 2 br/2 ba with kitchen/washer/dryer.
The apartment has gated access and there is bart,
drugstore, supermarket, fitness center and everything down the elevator.
It is clean, quite, safe, and conveniently located near Stonestown, SFSU,
I-280, and Muni.
We currently have a vacant room available for rental for $750 a month.
The price would be discounted to $700/mo. if the lease is signed for at
least one year.
Utilities (i.e. electricity, water, and Internet) are included in the rent.
No pets and no smoking in the condo. Details are available upon further
request.
