代朋友 post 請勿回應給我有問題請聯絡 Becky Huang (UCLA教育心理學博士候選人) 電話：(310)446-3006 EMAIL: uclastudy2007@gmail.com I am looking for CHINESE NATIVE SPEAKERS between age of 18 to 50 who are NOW IN THE U.S. and fit the following criteria: 1) came to the U.S. either BETWEEN age 5-12 (preferrably BEFORE the 12th birthday) OR AFTER age 16 (specifically, AFTER the 15th birthday). 2) have lived in the US for more than 7 years 3) have been living in the US for the most recent 3 years (2004-2007) 4) before coming to the U.S., they have NEVER been in an international school or American school where English is used as the main language for instruction. 5) have NO hearing/speech/language disorders or learning disabilities The study involves a few language tasks and one survey, which takes about 2 hours and the reimbursement is $20. The compensation is minimal, but I will be most grateful for their help. Their participation will also promote our understanding of how people learn a second language, which has important implications for second/foreign language education. Please help research! In addition to Los Angeles, I plan to also collect data in Boston, New York City/New Jersey, San Jose, & San Francisco . So if you have friends residing in those locations, please pass the information to them as well.
