UA ticketing only/14 day advance reservations and ticketing required. Good for Travel withing 48 contiguous United Sates. Redeemable only in the United States. Valid only for one United Economy ticket roundtrip in W, V or Q class. Service fee for changes once ticketed. Non combinable/No mileage plus accrual/ No upgrades. No cash value/Non refundable/ Nonextendable. To redeem your paper voucher, first call United Reservations at 1-800-UNITED-1 and ask for an agent to make a reservation with your free ticket voucher. Next, there are two ways to have the ticket issued: Mail the free ticket voucher to United. Please allow at least 14 business days for processing.
