[公寓分租]Sunnyvale 1br in 2br/2b apartment
I have a 1 bedroom w/ private bath for rent in a 2br/2b apartment.
My roommate is moving out on May 3rd and I am looking for someone to move
into her room. The apartment is actually already on month-to-month at a
really good rate, so there is no lease to worry about.
-The available room has its own private bathroom, an in-wall closet, plus an
extra storage closet.
-We will be sharing the kitchen and the living room.The living room is
actually mostly unfurnished, so you are welcome to bring your living room
furniture if you want to.
-On-site coin operated washer and dryer are right across the hallway from our
unit.
- The unit also has a huge balcony.
- Your half of the rent will be $625. It's really low for the area because
the roommate that's leaving actually managed to negotiate a special rate.
Also the main reason i don't want to leave =p
- water is covered. PG&E and internet will
be shared 50/50. It should total somewhere between $30-60 /person/month.
-We don’t currently have cable TV, but you are more than welcome to install
it if you wish.
- I don't have a pet, but it's negotiable if you want to bring a pet.
You will be sharing the living space with a female professional in
her late 20’s (me). I work pretty long hours and am not home much, and just
use the place to relax and sleep. I am easy going and pretty friendly and
hope you are too.
I prefer someone who is a student or an young professional. No smoking or
drugs, responsible, and respectful. Prefer no overnight guests. Please email
