Your room:
- This is a 3 floors townhome and the room is located in 1th floor.
- The room is for single occupancy only.
- The room I will rent out is approx. ~25”x15” (very compatible size)
- With private bathroom
- Furnished with a queen-size bed, a desk with a chair, a NEW closet
organizer, a NEW microwave and New refrigerator.
- Washer and dryer inside the premise.
- $750 for rent includes utilities (great deal for this area and level of
quality)
- Utilities which include (Internet/Water/Gas/Electricity/Garbage)
- Free cleaning per 2-3 months.
- Has jacuzzi and swimming pool facility.
- Available ideally May 10th; however, move-in date is negotiable if you'd
like to move in earlier.
Parking:
- There is ample parking along the street. No garage parking
What I am looking for:
- Looking for a responsible, professional, clean, and considerate person,
preferably male.
- No smoking, party, drugs, pets and overnight guest please.
- NO access to inside of the house (I would like to maintain my own privacy)
About me:
- I am an easy-going, neat and responsible person, working in regular hours
Monday to Friday.
Requirement:
- Prefer at least 3 months term. Pay month by month.
- One month advance and refundable security deposit equivalent to one month
rent prior to moving in.
- You'll sign a lease agreement (this is NOT a sublease)
- Background check required ($30).
