[心得] debt collection
最近突然收到一封debt collector來信 說我欠一家醫院1x.xxusd‧沒錯十幾塊。
Service date是去年三月，之後也都付清。
因為平常信都有整理 所以找出去年insurance的 eob(explanation of benefit)
fax給 debt collector。 他們說這樣就解決了。
在這提出心得:
1.文件最好都保留。(最近想買有loader的scanner 把資訊都掃描)
2.政府的資訊

依照以上 他們至少 "misrepresent the amount you owe"
我沒什麼damage 告他們也沒錢拿。所以算是法律弱勢，只能求自保。
