請問有人在找 1 BR 嗎？ 我過去一年住在這裡的經驗很愉快, 三個女生室友是MBA二年級的學生，和善好相處 (還可以吃到日本室友做的飯團喔), 我八月即將要搬離了, 如果有興趣的話，請來信連絡, 謝謝！ :)
About the House:
- It's a 1 BR in a 4-br house. The 1 BR size: 190 sq. feet, with good natural light. 1 walk-in closet and 1 small storage room. Not furnished.
- The house has 2 Bathrooms: 1 downstairs, 1 upstairs. Downstairs: 1 big living room, and 1 kitchen with natural light.
- Address: 2742 College Avenue, Berkeley, CA
- Rent: $1000/month (including water; excluding gas & electricity)
- Deposit: $1875 upfront payment
- Lease start date: End of Aug (after 8/20) or 9/1. Negotiable. Lease is till end of May 2012.
Benefits:
- The house is well kept and a cozy home. It's located at South Berkeley, one block away from the hustle and bustle of College Avenue.
It's very convenient to cafes, restaurants, shops and grocery stores.
- It's a convenient and safe neighborhood. Our house has a private garden in front, which keeps us from the street noise. We are less
than 1 mile away from the UC Berkeley campus. We walk to school every day and it takes only 15 mins. The 51B bus line is one block away from
our home, which runs through the major areas of Berkeley campus.
- Kitchen is equipped with all kinds of cooking pots and utensils. There's also a dishwasher, microwave and toaster. There's a pantry
closet on the side of the kitchen.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY, roommates (Emma Zhu, Kumiko and Jamie) are SUPER nice people! :)
