$450 looking for female roommate on from March 1
Hi, we are looking for female roommate who is friendly, clean and nice person. No drug, no smoking, no parties, no drama, no boy at home. There are 4 housemates who are two Taiwanese, one Indonesian, and one American. Two of them are students of SFSU and two of them are workers. There is one bathroom. You have your own room but the half of wall is divided by a curtain from the curtain.
The location is between taraval and Santiago st. on 32nd ave. Muni L line is only a half block away from home and close to 29 line. It takes 20-25min away to go to downtown and close by SFSU.
The contract will be end on end of May, but if you want to stay more, you can extend with other roommates or make it to month to month.
$450 per month excluding utilities. (utilities around $80 including house fee)
