它是目前UC Berkeley的學生，他室友最近要搬走了
急需一個新的roommate(男性) 我朋友人很nice又很愛乾淨

2233 Channing Way (Apt number to be told privately)
Rent:
$1250 / month shared by 2 people. (Bedroom person $675 / month, living room person $575 / month) (Current resident, aka me, strongly wish to live in the bedroom by himself because of privacy and sleeping pattern)
Utility:
Residents pay for PG&E (both gas and electricity) about $30 / month, shared by 2 people; water and garbage are free; internet depends on the plan.
Parking:
private parking available if needed, paid by resident ( I think $100 / month)
Location:
2 blocks away from Unit 3, 2 min walk to bus stop (Both Durant and Bancroft), 5 min walk to Asian Ghetto and RSF, 10 min walk to Dwinelle and BART Station.
Requirement:
NO SMOKE, NO DRUG, strongly discourage drinking (occasionally okay, but no getting drunk), mostly clean (I am a very clean person). Quiet at night (no loud music or loud gaming)
