Looking for a Female roomate 25-35 to share a 3br/3ba apartment in Avalon
Silicon Valley. Lease starts on 11/23 (12 months) The apartment is 1335 sq
feet & includes a shared office.
Room type: 1 BR, 1 BA (OWN) - Avail 11/23 Saturday
Fees:
1) $1035/month for 1 bed/1bath (own) - 12 month lease
2) Security deposit: $250 (Total deposit: $750 split 3-ways)
3) 1/3 of all utilities (Gas, Water, Electricity, Internet etc)
About us:
We are 2 Female working professionals plus a cute Shiba Inu dog (25 lbs). We
recently moved up to the Bay Area for work and are looking for a friendly and
easy-going roommate to take the 3rd bedroom. We both like the outdoors
(hiking, running) and enjoy trying new venues and restaurants. We're looking
forward to exploring the area together!
About the complex:
Avalon Silicon Valley is an amazing complex with a lot of upscale amenities.
Located right off the Lawrence Expressway exit on the 101. Close to bus stop
and Caltrain.
