Rent: $650-750/person + shared utilities, cable, internet, etc..
Lease: starting January 1st, 2014

in San Francisco city.
I am looking for someone who's respectful and neat.
Applicant must have good rental history,
willing to sign at least one year contract and work with leasing office for
