I'm looking for two tenants to rent. Preferably studetns of the same gender.
Two rooms are available and both will share the same bathroom. Both room
are furnished with beds and tables.
Larger Room: $600 含水電網路及所有utilities.
smaller room: $550 含水電網路及所有utilities.
Available July 1st, 2012.
The neighborhood is very safe and quiet with grocery stores, restaurants,
banks, coffee shop, and post office. The house is just a street away from
the bus stops, very convenient. The location is in North Seattle,
6 miles away from the main University of Washington Campus.
Bus routes 73, 373 are direct routes to the University.
Routes 347,348 can take you to the transit center which is right across
the Northgate Mall. one parking lot available.
