2B2B Located at 45st and Roosevelt road, closed to UW campus. Great
management.
Rent is $1,260, for one private bedroom with private bathroom, share living
room and kitchen. You will be living with a great UW female graduate student.
Washer and dryer in room. Pay $ 80 for one parking spot.
5-10 minute walk to campus. The apt is very close to restaurants, grocery
stores and bus stops.
Since its on the Ave its very close to all of the amazing restaurants.
