我覺得這個免簽證費給大家方便但也讓大家很困惑齁(包括我) 我也是爬文過後去問過旅行社的得到的答案跟上面的版友一樣所以我有打電話去台北辦公室問過一個小姐告訴我的是說簽證上面有個entry date 我們就是得在那個日期前進去泰國就ok 至於我們進海關的時候海關會在我們的護照上面蓋一個章上面會寫說我們什麼時候入境然後什麼時候以前必須出境至於出境跟visa到期日無關就看我們是什麼 visa 我們是觀光簽證就是60天 (以上這些我上個禮拜打去問的) 然後過幾天又有版上大大親自去問好像也是一樣的結果不過套一句旅行社大哥說的泰國當局可能變來變去啊我其實也蠻怕的所以我剛剛有去找了一下資料台灣這邊(網址：http://www.tteo.org.tw/chinese/tourist-visa/) 他裡面的備註寫：簽證有效期"非等同"在泰國停留期限 - 簽證有效期(自申請日算起)是指您可於該期間入境泰國之使用期限 , 而停留期限請參閱上開表格所列 - 簽證之效期於核發日開始起算、申請人應對簽證的類別之效期及其相關資訊掌控瞭解，並於簽證有效期間入境泰國，本處及本處人員將不會對您因日期計算錯誤而負相關責任。我還不放心跑去泰國的官網看一下 (網址： http://www.mfa.go.th/main/en/services/123/15405-General-information.html) 裡面的第7點以及第8點 7. Please note that the period of visa validity is different from the period of stay. Visa validity is the period during which a visa can be used to enter Thailand. In general, the validity of a visa is 3 months, but in some cases, visas may be issued to be valid for 6 months, 1 year or 3 years. The validity of a visa is granted with discretion by the Royal Thai Embassy or Royal Thai Consulate-General and is displayed on the visa sticker. 8. On the other hand, the period of stay is granted by an immigration officer upon arrival at the port of entry and in accordance with the type of visa. For example, the period of stay for a transit visa is not exceeding 30 days, for a tourist visa is not exceeding 60 days and for a non-immigrant visa is not exceeding 90 days from the arrival date. The period of stay granted by the immigration officer is displayed on the arrival stamp. Travellers who wish to stay longer than such period may apply for extension of stay at offices of the Immigration Bureau in Bangkok, located at Government Center B, Chaengwattana Soi 7, Laksi, Bangkok 10210, Tel 0-2141-9889 or at an Immigration office located in the provinces. For information on application for extension of stay, see the Immigration Bureau website at www.immigration.go.th 這個英文的部分內容大致與剛剛中文網站的部分相同也就是本版版友之前理解的意思最後我還是不太放心因為怕到當地有困擾我還是分別寫了mail 到兩個網站去問如果他們有給我回應那我出國應該就會把他印出來並且帶出去如果有問題也可以拿出來證明用英文問是因為回答一定是英文這樣到時候他們就不能說他們看不懂中文了 (哈哈) 以下是我寫信問這兩個機關的內容英文普普有錯再麻煩各位大大指正如果他們有任一個機關回復如果啦哈哈我再貼給大家那就比較確定不要眾說紛紜囉~~~ Dear sir, I have a plan to visit Thailand on 2/4-2/8 2015. I'm a Taiwanese and I know Taiwanese's applying Thailand's visa is free until 11/8 in 2014. Therefore, I would like to apply Thailand visa on 11/7 to get visa, which will be marked entry date before 2/6 in 2015. That is to say, I can immigrate on 2/4 2015 because the visa validity is 3 months. But I'm not sure if I have to departure from Thailand before the due date of the visa (2/6 2015). Actually, I've made a call to your office to ask. And the officer told me that I don't have to leave Thailand before the due date of the visa, but I have to enter Thailand before it. As for leaving date. she said the custom in Thailand will stamp in my passport to show how many days I can stay in Thailand, which is nothing to do with my visa. Please kindly help me confirm what's mentioned above. If it is right, I will still apply visa on 11/7 2014 in your Taipei office. If it is wrong, then I will apply it near my visiting date.
