要幫老爸辦理B1/B2延長，填寫I-539， http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-539.pdf http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-539instr.pdf 雖然填表者是我，可是Applicant應該是要寫我爸的名字吧? 我自己是有合法學生簽證，所以應該需要延長的是我父親　表格上所有資料都是填寫我父親沒錯吧申請費用上面寫290，可是又有個V nonimmigrant 要在加85$ for biometric service 什麼是V nonimmigrant ? 跟我無關吧!? 還有表格上有個Alien registration number那個是啥? 我google過，感覺我父親應該沒有那就是空著不用填寫嗎? Alien Registration Number (“A” Number) or Alien Number A unique seven-, eight- or nine-digit number assigned to a noncitizen at the time his or her A-file is created. The 9-digit U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services number listed on the front of Permanent Resident Cards (Form I-551) issued after May 10, 2010, is the same as the Alien Registration Number.
