[北美] 申請DS-2019保險資料問題
各位大大好 之前就有發文詢問J1/J2相關問題
謝謝大家一直以來提供的幫助
目前接到工作單位提出的問題，有點不瞭解想請教一下
We received the request for Dr. Wu. Since Dr. Wu’s spouse is currently pregnant
we ask that he submit proof of his current health insurance coverage
for himself and his dependents before we may issue his DS2019 forms.
Please email a copy of his health insurance coverage information
at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
health insurance coverage指得是健保投保證明嗎?
因目前夫妻兩人都各有工作，
所以應該是請雙方的"工作單位"都核發證明，並且是出示英文版的嗎?
還是這個要跟健保局調?
再麻煩各位大大協助，謝謝~
