[北美] F1 grace period
原本以為F1畢業後在grace period之內可以申請/註冊別的學校轉學
但是看到這個說明：
“Extremely importantly, no student may apply for an F-1 status related
benefit during the 60 day grace period, except for post-completion O
ptional Practical Training. During the 60 day grace period:
You may not apply for admission to the U.S. in F-1 status
You may not apply for a program extension.
You may not work or study.”

請問這是適用於每個F1學生嗎？還是只是各校的規定呢？
另外請問，
F1身份 5月中I-20到期
希望能找到工作辦H1B
但是也不一定能在60天grace period裡面開始申請H1B的話
該如何延長在美合法居留的時間呢？
(不考慮申請境內轉換B1/B2 也不考慮與美國人結婚 假定H1B是不受cap限制)
