[北美][H1B ] OPT走H1B consular processing
各位前輩好，最近碰到一個問題想跟大家請教一下。我目前是用STEM OPT工作（validthr
u 2018），而公司正在準備幫我申請2018 cap H1b，預計是這個月底會file petition，
但很不巧我最剛好被派到國外出差，目前人不在美國，預計四月初才會回去，而我很愚蠢
的前幾天才跟律師那邊通知說我的出差行程，導致昨天我突然收到律師那邊寄信，以下是
內容：Please note we will be filing the H-1B petition as consular notification
since you are now traveling. If the H-1B petition is accepted in the lotteryy
ou will have to travel to activate H-1B status. We will send further detailsab
out activating H-1B status at a later date. 請問我該怎麼辦比較好呢？我有以下3
個想法希望能請大家給我一些建議：
1）趕緊改機票在3/31前回到美國
2）請律師那邊等到我回到美國(4/3)在file petition(不知道會不會影響到抽籤結果？）
3）走consular processing （想請問如果是這個選項最快面試多久後能拿到簽證呢？會
建議回台灣辦嗎還是去墨西哥或加拿大？）
有其它選項還請各位前輩能提點一下，感激不盡！
