給在找房子租的朋友一些提醒我在craigslist上找房子 http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/ 看到了一個地點好又便宜的房子寫e-mail過去問, 對方會說他們是傳教士之類的目前人不在國內, 希望能找到人能夠好好照顧他們的房子就像是自己的房子一樣要求你填資料自我介紹通過了才租你最後要求你匯房租給他們, 他們會把鑰匙跟資料用快遞寄給你. ======================以下為原始內容轉貼================== I must confess that I am very new in this landlord business.
