Junior Accountant – Daycare/Commercial Property Mgmt.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
The Following Are Considered Requirements
· 1+ year’ Accounting experience is mandatory.
· Project Construction Accounting experience is preferred.
· Experience handling huge portfolio.
· Either : (1) Diploma or Bachelors degree in accounting or
· (2) Accomplish : Accounting 1&2 , Intermediate Accounting 1&2 , Finance 1.
· Preference to CPA student or BCIT student but not required.
· Strong computer skills; experience using Quickbooks Online.
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits
· Annual Salary start from $38,000 to $44,000 based on experience
· 2 weeks’ vacation after 1 year.
· Up to 2 weeks off in December when the office closes for Christmas
· Flexible Benefits: Extended Medical, Dental, Paramedicals (Chiro etc)
after three months
