Five minus walk to post office and Banks
10-15 mins walk to Costco, fashion center shopping mall
Rental price is 620 per month, excluding utility and internet
(may be different every month, around 100 per month)
Community swimming pool, gym,laundry and dryer are downstairs.
people who can sign for one year lease is preferred.
