Floor plan: two bedrooms + two bathrooms
Space to be leased: A master bedroom
Rent: currently $713/month
Utilities & internet: shared with other two female roommates
Preference: Female student or young female professional
Overall environment is quiet, convenient, and safe. Crystal City Metro
Station is within 5 minutes walk (accessible to Blue and Yellow line).
Costco, restaurants and a shopping mall are all nearby.
Amenities include:
-24 hours front desk and security
-swimming pool, gym
-Laundry facilities on site
Looking for responsible female professionals or students.
