各位CCUSA大峽谷的夥伴們: 我有寄信給大峽谷的Kate(Job fair應該有來年輕的那一位) 1. Are there something important we have to take? (請見附檔) 2. I have forgottn if we need to pepare "black shoes" ? Any design is OK? ---> If you have a food & beverage job the shoes need to be " close toe and slip"(不能露出腳趾,因此不能穿涼鞋! 鞋子要有止滑功能!) resistant…no tennis shoes(球鞋)/sneakers(運動鞋/休閒鞋) 有做餐飲服務的要穿黑鞋子不能穿球鞋/運動鞋...(那要穿什麼鞋!? 黑皮鞋?) 還要穿黑襪子喔~~~(見附檔) 有沒有去過的跟我們說明一下? 我是在廚房裡... 3. We can choose our dormmates or we had been distributed? ---> Your dormmates are assigned to you, however arriving in a group you may be able to choose your dormmate. 4. What's the voltage in Grand Canyon ? ---> Voltage is 110(跟台灣一樣) 5. If we need to open a bank account in America for the salary? ---> There is a bank here that students open an American account for their paychecks to be direct deposit.
