ensuite bedroom or master room if it's possible
Location:
Somewhere near southbank, such as Woolloongabba, Mater hill,
Highgate hill...or
Somewhere near city, Milton or Auchenflower
Price:
250-300 pw
including all bills( electricity, gas and internet) or share bills both
are fine

I'm a student of Queensland College of Art at Southbank, and I'm a quiet and
easy going person.
I'm also tidy and clean, so don't worry about it...I'm not a messy person.
I'm a non-smoker and only drink occasionally when it's needed to.
