15 min walk to Malden center T station. 2-3 min drive to Costco,
Target and Stop & Shop. 3-5 min drive to Rout 1, 16, 60 and 99.
This apartment is fully furnished (dining room set, living room set, TV,
DVD player and speakers, computer tables, bedroom sets, lamps, bookshelf,
microwave, oven, dishes and dishwasher, disposal, double door refrigerator,
three portable air conditions, art…….., free washer and dryer in basement.
Rent is $1500, included internet and hot water. Other utilities are not
included. The heater is new gas system and very efficiency
($ 100 per month in average). It will be available on April 1, 2010
