[租屋] 3/1~6/30 Central Square
I would like to sublet my awesome room in a beautiful apartment from March 1
to June 30th with option to renew after that (move in and move out dates are
flexible). The is a 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment in on Harvard Street
in Central Square. It is a decent sized bedroom; I can fit a queen size bed,
2 bookshelves, a desk, and a vanity table with plenty of room left. The
bedroom also has a closet and a big window. There is a good sized kitchen and
a big comfortable living room. The coin-operated laundry washers and dryers
and some storage space for bicycles are in the basement. The management
company of the building is very responsive, we never had a problem with them.
Location is unbeatable. The apartment is located on a quiet residential
street, but only 3 minutes walk from the Central Square T on the Redline.
There is a Whole Foods nearby!
Central Square has tons of restaurants, convenience stores, shopping and
bars. There are always some fun activities to do here, you'll never feel
bored.
The other roommate is a professional in her late-20s who has a busy work
schedule and is hardly ever home. Looking for a responsible, clean, and
non-smoker female roommate. The room is $750 with utilities, heat and hot
water is included in the rent.
