The room is the master bedroom (11ft x 9.5ft) for $900/ month. Rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, heat, Internet, TV, laundry/dryer, water purifier, etc). The room has a huge closet, and there is also plenty of extra storage space available in the house. I am a doctoral candidate at Boston University and lecturer at Northeastern University. My wife is Korean and we live in the same apartment, but one floor up. There are 2 other roommates: a medical researcher and a language school student. We are a relaxed group of people who are focused on our study and work, but enjoy to cook or go shopping together from time to time. We share the common areas of the house, including 2 full bathrooms, a storage room, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a sun room, and a balcony. We also have a small barbecue garden behind the house, where we like to have cook outs from time to time. We're located just 10 min. walk from Chestnut Hill T stop. (Greenline D ) and walking/short bus trip distance from a park, a cinema, Macy's, Barnes & Noble and lots of a shopping. Recently a brand new beautiful supermarket (Star Market) just opened near the house so it is very convenient to buy groceries.
