租期 9/1起長租優先非誠勿擾屋況: 乾淨舒適拎包入住位置: Brighton MA 02135 走三分鐘到B line Washington St那站 Two-bed中的一間房間希望是愛貓的女孩(或是覺得自己是愛貓的"女孩") 本區安全安靜生活機能高附近住戶多為年輕上班族和學生走去B line只要3 min(0.1 mi) C line 10 mins(0.6mi) 走路2 mins也有65號公車站牌可以直達longwood medical area 搭T到BU只要20 mins 搭T到BC也只要10mins 附近也有zip car station要租車也十分方便搬入後也可以申請resident parking permit 路邊有千千萬萬的車位可以停走路五分鐘可以到whole food 旁邊也有一些小餐館搭65或走路十來分鐘可以到washiongton sq 有不少評價很高的餐廳跟酒吧搭T15 mins可以到Allston美食城也有88香港超市跟Star Market 租金900 heat and water 費用:電費跟網路費跟室友分攤一人約50-70 per month 室友: 有一個朝九晚五的上班族女孩(是個愛吃鬼 have new restaurant satellite monitoring the Greater Boston area LOL ~ 有新餐廳一定會馬上報給你知LOL) 跟有一隻可愛到不行的乖巧貓咪希望可以找到一位愛護小動物的捧油住進這溫馨的小空間 a cozy place to live in and have easy access to all the living needs and entertainment!
