Hmm. It sounds like I wrote too much gibberish...
In short, 110V and 120V are the same standard.
The nominal house voltage should be 110VAC, could have 5%~10% off,
105V~122V is normal.
Edit: A commercial autoformer takes about 100V~135V and outputs 117VAC.
Your can use your usual 12V and 18V converters, no problem.
